Purpose of the service

Career Command Center provides tools for organizing job searches, tracking opportunities and contacts, preparing applications, and generating career-related content.

No employment guarantee

The service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or any particular career outcome.

Artificial intelligence content

Some features use artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before submitting, publishing, or relying on it.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account, protecting your session, and ensuring that information entered into Career Command Center is lawful and accurate.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse service limits, interfere with operation of the service, or submit information you do not have the right to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and materials you enter into the service. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Third-party services

Career Command Center relies on third-party services, including Supabase, Vercel, and OpenAI. Their availability and performance are outside our complete control.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features. We may also set usage limits to protect service reliability and manage operating costs.

Paid features

Paid plans may be introduced in the future. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before a paid subscription begins.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossWard Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, income, profits, data, or business arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
