Common questions about pricing
What counts as an AI writing credit?
Writing credits cover the things that produce a document for you: Tailor Resume, Cover Letter, thank-you emails, interview prep, and the morning briefing. Free accounts get 5 per month across all of them, resetting on the 1st.
Does analyzing a job use a writing credit?
No. Job fit analysis has its own separate allowance — 15 a month on the free plan. Deciding whether a job is worth your time is the whole point of Career Command Center, so we do not ration it the way we ration the writing tools. Reading your resume during setup does not count against anything either.
Will Career Command Center apply to jobs for me?
No, and it never will. Tools that mass-apply on your behalf submit hundreds of low-relevance applications, which gets accounts restricted on hiring platforms and produces worse response rates, not better ones. Career Command Center helps you apply to the right jobs. Nothing is ever submitted, sent, or marked as applied without you.
Can it send email from my Gmail account?
No. Career Command Center can save a thank-you note as a draft in your Gmail, which you open, edit, and send yourself. It has no ability to send email on your behalf, and it never will. Saving drafts is optional and asks for your permission separately.
What is an automatic job scan?
Career Command Center reads the job-alert emails you already receive from LinkedIn, Indeed and others, pulls out the real listings, drops duplicates you have already seen, hides roles outside your area, and files the rest for review. Free accounts get 4 scans a month; Pro is unlimited.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the free plan. No penalties, no locked-in contracts.
